How it works

END DATE: 2nd August 2024

WINNER CHOSEN: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the competition closing date.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through (Instagram or Facebook) within 7 days of the draw from Pure Pet Food. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

                                                   

How to enter                                                 

  1. To enter the competition, participants must like both Catgill Farm's and Pure Pet Food's social media pages on Instagram and Facebook (you don’t have to enter both but this will give you additional entries).

  4. Participants can enter via both platforms but do not need to use the same platform for both entries.

Terms and conditions                                                                              

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Pure Pet Food & Catgill Farm. Catgill Farm are located at Catgill Farm, Bolton Abbey Estate, BD23 6HA.

  2. Competition Period: The competition will run from [19th July 2024] to [2nd August]. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on the closing date. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

  3. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

  4. Prize: The prize is a one-night stay in a dog-friendly glamping pod at Catgill Farm, valid for up to 4 people and 2 well-behaved dogs. The stay must be mid-week (Sunday to Thursday) between 9th September 2024 and March 20th, 2025, excluding school holidays. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
    Winners will also receive 6 months worth of free dog food. The winner must be a UK resident and the amount will be for one dog only

  10. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the competition closing date.

  11. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through (Instagram or Facebook) within 7 days of the draw from Pure Pet Food. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

  12. Prize Redemption: The prize of the Glamping pod at Catgill Farm must be redeemed by March 20th, 2025. If the prize is not redeemed by this date, it will be void and not attainable.
    The Prize for Pure Pet Food must be redeemed within 30 days

  13. Non-transferable: The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

  14. Changes to the Competition: Catgill Farm and Pure Pet Food reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

  15. Liability: Catgill Farm accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

  16. Data Protection: By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Catgill Farm or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

  17. Collaboration Details: This competition is in collaboration with Pure Pet Food. While Catgill Farm will fulfill its side of the prize, it has no control over the operations of Pure Pet Food.

Security Deposit: All guests at Catgill Farm are required to pay a £200 security deposit, held by the bank, not by Catgill Farm. If the pod is undamaged, the deposit will be released within 24 hours, though it may take up to 7 business days to be fully available in your account. If the pod is left in an excessively untidy condition, a cleaning fee of £25 may be deducted at the discretion of the staff. This policy applies to everyone, including competition winners.
