How can I change my next delivery date?

You can change your delivery dates at any time, as long as your order is not currently being processed. Follow the steps below or watch our quick how-to video.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the ‘Deliveries’ page
  3. Click ‘View order’ button next to the delivery you’d like to change
  4. Under ‘Manage this delivery’ click the ‘Pick a new date’ button
  5. Select your new date and click ‘Update delivery’

How do I skip a delivery?

Your plan is flexible and you can easily skip a delivery if you need to. Follow the steps below or watch our quick how-to video.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘Plan’
  3. Click the ‘Skip this delivery’ button in the next delivery information section

I get too much/little food, what can I do?

If you find that you have too much or not enough food left at end of each month, you can easily change your delivery frequency. Follow the steps below or watch our quick how-to video.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘Plan’
  3. Click on ‘Switch plan’ in the second section
  4. Scroll down to ‘How often would you like us to deliver?’
  5. Set the number of days in between each delivery 6. Click ‘Save my plan’

How do I change my delivery address?

You can add, change or select a default delivery address in your account. Follow the steps below or watch our quick how-to video.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘My Account’
  3. Find your address and click ‘Edit Address’ or click ‘Add a new address’
  4. Change your details and click ‘Save’

I’m running out, how can I get my food ASAP?

How do I change my dog’s recipes?

You can switch between your dog’s recipes every month. Follow the steps below or watch our quick how-to video.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘Plan’
  3. Scroll down to Recipes and click ‘Change recipes’
  4. Select up to 2 recipes from your tailored menu
  5. Click ‘Save my recipes’

How do change what’s in my box?

You can change your recipes and extras easily within your account.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘Plan’
  3. To change your recipes, scroll down to Recipes and click ‘Change recipes’ or to change your extras, scroll down to Extras and click ‘Add/edit extras’
  4. Choose what you would like in your box and click ‘Save’
My dog’s stopped eating, what can I do?

Just like humans, our pets can be super fussy when it comes to food. To help your pooch fall in love with their food again, let’s try a few different things (be sure to watch the video linked below too!).

  1. Some dogs prefer Pure at a slightly drier consistency, and some prefer it with more water. Just experiment a little bit until you find a consistency that your pet prefers. Some pampered pooches might even like it to be served by hand!
  2. We recommend transitioning your dog to Pure gradually, and if they don’t eat it within 30 minutes, take it up until their next meal. Just remember to pop it into the fridge to retain its freshness. Take things slow and don’t be alarmed if your pooch doesn’t take to it straight away. Remember, dogs can go a few days without eating and be perfectly fine.
  3. Picky pets can be a real challenge, but it’s essential to stick with it so your dog can really begin to enjoy the benefits of healthy, wholesome dog food.
How can I change my daily scoops?

If you find that you are feeding a different amount of food to your feeding plan, we can change your feeding plan to make sure your dog is getting the correct amount of food delivered each month. Before we look to change this, we would suggest speaking to our Customer Service team to check if the feeding plan is suitable for your dog’s needs.

How do I update my dog’s details?

Need to edit update your dogs weight, health issues, allergies or more, you can do this in your account. Follow the steps below or watch our quick how-to video.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to ‘Pet’
  3. Find the area you’d like to change and click ‘Update’
  4. Change the details and click ‘Save changes’
